1. What this is. whoiskingnow.com is an entertainment service. By paying, you purchase a symbolic digital entry: your name takes the throne of 'King of the World' on a public list, and you receive a numbered digital certificate. Exactly 999 certificates exist, numbered in countdown from 999 to 1. No physical or financial reward exists or is promised — you buy a moment of glory and a permanent place in the list.
2. The price ladder. The price is fixed by the rules: the first throne costs 6 €, and every subsequent throne costs exactly 1 € more than the previous one. You cannot pay a different amount. When Certificate No. 1 is sold, the game ends forever: payments close and the last King reigns permanently.
3. Payments are final — no refunds. All payments are voluntary, final and NON-REFUNDABLE, in any case and for any reason, including being dethroned. By checking the consent box, you expressly request immediate performance of the service (instant publication of your entry and instant delivery of your digital certificate) and acknowledge that you thereby LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL pursuant to Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding national laws on digital content supplied immediately.
4. Being dethroned is part of the game. Anyone can take the throne after you by paying the next price. If two payments complete at the same price at the same time, the earlier one ranks higher. Every completed payment always keeps its numbered certificate and its place in the list. None of this is ever grounds for a refund, complaint or chargeback.
5. Your display data. The name/pseudonym, optional social handle and country flag you provide are displayed publicly. The email address collected at checkout is used to deliver your certificate and service messages about your entry; it is never displayed publicly. Do not submit names you have no right to use. Offensive, unlawful or impersonating entries may be edited or hidden without refund.
6. Chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks on a service you received (public listing and delivered certificate) will be disputed with full evidence, including your express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
7. Minimum age. You must be 18 or older to pay.
